Terms
These terms cover your use of Noboss: the website at noboss.app, the app and the AI team that works for your business. By signing in you agree to them.
What Noboss does
Noboss gives you an AI team that helps you start and run a business: it can name it, build a website, find businesses that may need what you sell, write to them, answer replies and book calls into your calendar. You decide what goes out. Nothing is sent until you approve the first messages, and you can pause your team at any time.
Results depend on your business, your market and how you follow up. We do not promise any number of customers, calls or sales, and the examples on the website are illustrations.
Your account
- You sign in with your Google account and keep it secure.
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract.
- You are responsible for what your team sends in your name, for the offer you make and for delivering the work you sell.
- You connect your own mailbox, calendar and other accounts. Their own terms keep applying to you.
Free start and paid plans
You can start for free, without a card. To keep your team working after the free start you choose a paid plan in the app. The price, what it includes and the billing period are shown next to the button before you pay.
A paid plan is a subscription. It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Cancelling
Cancel in the app, in a couple of taps. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for and does not renew after that. Your contacts and lists are yours: export them at any time before you leave.
Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU and the UK)
If you live in the EU or the UK and buy as a consumer, you can withdraw from a paid plan within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason. Because your team starts working as soon as you pay, you ask us to start straight away; if you withdraw within those 14 days we pay back the share of the price for the days not yet used, to the card you paid with, within 14 days. To withdraw, write to us through the app and say that you withdraw.
Payment disputes
If something about a charge looks wrong, please talk to us first: most things are sorted quickly. If you open a dispute or chargeback with your bank, we pause your team and the paid features while the dispute is open, and we keep the account closed if the bank decides the charge stands against us after you used the service.
Getting paid by your customers
You can send invoices and payment links to your own customers from the app. Those payments run through your own Stripe account, connected to Noboss. By connecting it you also agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Services Agreement. Stripe pays the money to you; we never hold it. You are the seller to your customers and handle their questions, taxes and invoices.
Fair use and what is not allowed
- No spam, no misleading claims, no illegal products or services, nothing that harms or harasses people.
- Respect every opt out. Your team stops writing to anyone who asks it to, on every channel.
- Follow the rules of the channels you connect (email providers, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram and others) and the law where you and your customers are.
- Do not try to break, copy or overload the service.
We may pause your team or close an account that breaks these rules or puts other people's mailboxes and accounts at risk.
Your content and data
What you put in and what your team creates for you (your offer, messages, website, contacts) is yours. You give us the rights we need to run the service for you. How we handle personal data is in the privacy notice, and the companies that help us run Noboss are on the sub-processor list.
Liability
We work hard to keep Noboss running and accurate, but it is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters for you, we tell you in the app or by email before it applies. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.
